Service Area & Travel Fees:

Included Travel (15-Mile Radius): For locations within a 15-mile radius of Quarryville, PA, travel fees are included in the base service price.
Additional Fees Beyond 15 Miles: Appointments beyond 15 Miles may incur an extra travel fee. The therapist reserves the right to decline booking outside the 15-mile range at their discretion.

Professional Boundaries & Sexual Misconduct:

Massage therapy is a strictly professional, non-sexual service.
Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, advances, or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be charged in full.
Future appointments will be permanently denied, and incidents may be reported to authorities if necessary.
I reserve the right to end a session at any time if I feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unsafe for any reason.
Your comfort, safety, and mine are top priorities - thank you for respecting this policy and maintaining a safe, professional environment.

Cancellation & Late Policy:

24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me time to adjust my schedule and potentially accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours): Cancellations or rescheduling made between 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. If this is a new client that booked online, the prepaid fee will not be refunded.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel/reschedule within 2 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify the therapist as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session (ending at the originally scheduled time with full price charged), or it may be considered a missed appointment and treated as a no-show (at the therapist's discretion).
Therapist Lateness: In the rare event the therapist is running late to your appointment, you will still receive your full session time or have the option to reschedule without any penalty. Your therapist will communicate any delays and ensure you get the complete service you booked.
Illness or Emergencies: If you (or anyone in your household) are ill or have an emergency, please inform the therapist as soon as possible. Case-by-case exceptions may be made for sickness or emergencies, at the therapist's discretion - fees for late cancellation can be waived in genuine situations.
Rebooking after Cancellation: Any outstanding late cancellation or now-show fees must be paid before booking a new appointment. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until owed fees are resolved.

In-Home Session Requirements:

To ensure a safe, comfortable experience, the following home visit requirements must be met:

Adequate Space: Provide an open area large enough to set up the massage table and for the therapist to move around comfortably (approximately 6 ft x 10 ft of clear space).
Clean & Safe Environment: The room should be clean, safe, and quiet - free from hazards, excessive clutter, or distractions. A comfortable room temperature is appreciated for an optimal massage experience.
Parking: Please ensure there is accessible parking or a safe place to park near your location. If parking is limited or requires a permit or fee, please inform the therapist in advance or arrange accordingly.
Pets: Pets should be secured in a separate room or area during the session. This ensures the safety and comfort of both the client and therapist, and prevents any interruptions.
Unsuitable Conditions: If these requirements are not met or if the environment is deemed unsafe/unsanitary upon the therapist's arrival, the therapist reserves the right to cancel the appointment on-site. Such a cancellation would be treated as a late cancellations, and a fee may apply for the missed session.
