  • What areas do you serve?
I currently offer services within a 15-mile radius of Quarryville, PA. If you're outside of this area, feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to accommodate or recommend another massage therapist.
  • How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling or texting me at 717-468-6854 or directly booking online on my website. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to reach out to me at booking@bloomlymassage.com.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, and credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to pay 50% of your appointment price. If you are feeling sick in any way, I encourage you to reschedule your appointment, even if it's within 24 hours' of your session.
  • How should I prepare for my massage?
To ensure a relaxing experience, you may want to: - wear comfortable, easy to take off clothing - take a shower prior - set the room temperature to your preference - limit distractions, such as loud TV or phone notifications - have a chair or surface nearby to place your belongings - clear the area I will be working in
  • How much space do you need for a massage?
I need about a 6x10 feet space to set up my massage table and allow for movement around it. A quiet, clutter-free area is ideal for the best experience. Most clients have me set up in their living room and move their coffee table out of the way.
  • Do I need to provide anything and will you need help setting up?
No, I bring all the necessary supplies, including the massage table, linens, and oils/lotion. I also kindly request that my clients do not help me move my things inside or help me set up my work area.
  • Can I have music or candles during the session?
Absolutely! If you have a preferred playlist or enjoy candles/aromatherapy, feel free to set up a relaxing environment. Otherwise, I can provide calming music. Regardless, I encourage clients to make their space as relaxing as possible beforehand, even if that is just closing the curtains and dimming the lights.
  • What should I expect during the massage?
I will begin by discussing your needs, pressure preference, and any areas of concern. You'll be properly draped at all times, and I will check in periodically to ensure your comfort. The session is fully customizable to your preferences.
  • Do I have to talk during the massage?
Not at all! Some people like to chat, while others prefer complete silence. It's entirely up to you.
  • What should I wear during the massage?
During the session, you may undress to your comfort level. You will always be properly draped, with only the area being worked on exposed. Most people will leave on their underwear, some go commando, and a few will leave on a tank top and athletic shorts. All that matters is that you are comfortable.
  • What massage oils and lotions do you use?
I use high-quality, unscented massage lotion and/or oil. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please let me know in advance.
  • What should I do after my massage?
To maximize the benefits, I recommend: - drinking plenty of water because a massage may dehydrate you - taking a few moments to relax before resuming your day - avoiding strenuous activities immediately after - stretching gently if sore or stiff - scheduling your next massage!
  • I have pets- what should I do with them?
I love animals! if your pet is comfortable around new people and won't interfere with the session, they are welcome to stay in the room. However, if they tend to be overly curious or excitable, it may be best to keep them in another space to ensure a smooth and relaxing massage.
  • Do you offer couples or group massages?
I do! Since I am only one person, couples and group massages are done back to back, not simultaneously. If you and your family want to get massages on the same day, that is not a problem!
  • Can I have a massage if I'm pregnant?
Yes! Prenatal massage is safe for most expectant mothers, but it's important to consult with your doctor first. I will use techniques and positioning that are specifically designed to be safe and comfortable for pregnancy.
  • Do you work with injuries or medical conditions?
If you have a medical condition or injury, please let me know in advance. I have specialized training in oncology massage, sports injuries, and repetitive motion injuries.
  • Can I tip you?
Tips are always appreciated. My goal is to provide you with the best massage experience, and your satisfaction is what matters most!
